Swanland Nurseries started as a smallholding in 1949 by Howard and Molly Waters. They first started growing soft fruit including gooseberries and blackcurrants, pigs and chickens were also reared on the site. What started as a 'Good Life' venture has now turned into a thriving retail garden outlet. As growers of produce and plants we still use their skills today to grow top quality plants and offer expert advice to all their customers.

The garden centre is situated to the west of Hull and can be found about
1 mile north of the Humber Bridge.
